By accessing or using Affiliate Helper ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use Affiliate Helper. These terms apply to all users, including TikTok Shop Creator Affiliates, sellers, visitors, and administrators. Affiliate Helper is an independent third-party application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to TikTok, ByteDance, Shopee, or Sea Limited.
Affiliate Helper is a third-party software application that integrates with TikTok Shop via TikTok Shop's Open APIs and with Shopee's Affiliate platform. The platform enables creators and affiliates to: track affiliate commission earnings and order performance; manage affiliate links and product showcases; view collaboration and campaign data; and access AI-generated content prompts for affiliate marketing. Affiliate Helper is a productivity and analytics tool — we are not a payment processor, affiliate network, or official TikTok or Shopee product. Commission payments remain the sole responsibility of TikTok Shop and Shopee respectively.
Affiliate Helper accesses TikTok Shop data through TikTok Shop's Open API in compliance with TikTok Shop Partner Center Policies (https://partner.tiktokshop.com/docv2/page/6506bbf2de672602b7bc0697). By using Affiliate Helper, you authorise us to access your TikTok Shop account data within the scopes you explicitly grant. You acknowledge that: (a) your use of TikTok Shop-related features is also governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines; (b) TikTok Shop may revoke API access at any time, which may affect functionality; (c) Affiliate Helper will only access the minimum data scopes required to provide the stated features; and (d) you may revoke Affiliate Helper's access to your TikTok Shop account at any time through TikTok Shop settings.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Affiliate Helper. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 18 years old; (b) all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete; (c) you are an eligible TikTok Shop Creator Affiliate or Shopee Affiliate, or are exploring the platform for legitimate business purposes; and (d) your use of Affiliate Helper will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations, including TikTok Shop's and Shopee's platform policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to: notify us immediately of any unauthorised access or suspected breach; not share your account credentials with any third party; not create multiple accounts for the same individual or entity without prior written consent. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion if we detect policy violations, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the platform or any connected API services.
Data accessed through TikTok Shop and Shopee APIs is provided exclusively for your personal use within Affiliate Helper. You agree not to: (a) export, scrape, republish, or redistribute TikTok Shop or Shopee data accessed via Affiliate Helper to third parties; (b) use API-sourced data to build competing products or services; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or bypass API rate limits or authentication mechanisms; (d) use the platform or API data for any purpose that violates TikTok Shop Partner Center policies or Shopee's developer policies.
You agree not to use Affiliate Helper to: engage in fraudulent affiliate activity or artificially inflate commission data; upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server, or network; harass, abuse, or harm other users; violate any applicable laws, regulations, or the terms of any connected platform; or use the platform in any way that could damage, overload, or impair its infrastructure. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, and may be reported to TikTok Shop, Shopee, or relevant authorities.
The photo prompts and AI content suggestions available on Affiliate Helper are provided for your personal use in creating affiliate marketing content. You may use, adapt, and build upon these prompts freely. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any content you create and publish complies with TikTok's Community Guidelines, Shopee's content policies, and applicable advertising laws. We do not claim ownership over content you create using our prompts, and we make no guarantees regarding the commercial effectiveness of any content created.
Donations made through Affiliate Helper are strictly voluntary, non-refundable, and processed securely via PayMongo. Donations support the continued development of the platform and do not constitute a purchase, subscription, or entitlement to any specific features, guarantees, or service levels. Donation processing is governed by PayMongo's Terms of Service. We are not responsible for errors in payment processing attributable to PayMongo or your financial institution.
All intellectual property rights in Affiliate Helper — including the platform design, code, content, branding, and prompts — are owned by or licensed to Affiliate Helper. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose. TikTok, TikTok Shop, Shopee, and their respective logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Affiliate Helper makes no claim to these trademarks and uses them solely to describe the platform's integration functionality.
Affiliate Helper is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee: (a) uninterrupted or error-free service; (b) the accuracy or completeness of commission data sourced from TikTok Shop or Shopee APIs (final commission figures are determined solely by those platforms); (c) continued API access, as TikTok Shop or Shopee may modify or revoke API access at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability and data accuracy, but are not liable for interruptions caused by third-party API changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Affiliate Helper and its operators shall not be liable for: any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; loss of income or earnings arising from reliance on commission data displayed on the platform; interruptions to service caused by TikTok Shop, Shopee, or other third-party APIs; or any damages resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Affiliate Helper at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by TikTok Shop, Shopee, or applicable law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or TikTok Shop / Shopee API policies. We will notify users of material changes via an in-app notice or email at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of Affiliate Helper after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
